GSI Commerce is a leading provider of complete end to end e-commerce solutions for more than 80 retailers, branded manufacturers, entertainment companies and professional sports organizations.

When they needed the insight to evolve their technology, customer care, fulfillment and marketing services they turned to us.

Our challenge was to AIM GSI’s People, Process and Technology Vision for the next three years.

AIM is our proven process that maps the unique issues and assets of a client against the BI and data warehouse landscape in order to determine the ideal path for progress. Care and time are taken to fully understand the organization and business through stakeholder interviews and technological advancements. Relevant organizational, process and technology changes are outlined so AIM changes can take effect. This ensures accuracy and buy-in as stakeholders can view issues from a broad perspective, as well as participate in the solution.

We delivered AIM in an accelerated, seven-week time frame to meet GSI’s immediate need for advancement. AIM provided their executives with a full understanding of GSI’s current state of reporting and BI future outlook. GSI embraced our recommendations and addressed key processes such as data stewardship and business intelligence competency center…just two ways they will advance into the future.
