By focusing on Pinnacle’s short term needs, we were able to establish a path to long-term success. PinnacleHealth chose Cognos as their business intelligence delivery tool. We gathered immediate needs for two pilot groups and then quantified their users, reporting needs and data requirements. This permitted us to identify and establish the enterprise metrics needed to empower PinnacleHealth to meet corporate goals.

The result was a solid path to future growth.

Our successful pilot ensured the AIM we planned and implemented exceeded PinnacleHealth’s needs. By conducting a knowledge transfer with administrators and steering committee members and developing an operational support plan we empowered PinnacleHealth to continue implementing strategically focused deliverables well into the future.
