Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia’s (CSFP) mission is to provide children from low-income Philadelphia families with financial access to quality, safe, K-8th grade, tuition-based schools, thereby increasing their long-term economic and social success.

Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia is teaming up with Waypoint as a part of our Service Steward Program.  Waypoint’s Service Steward Program provides resources and raises awareness for local and national charities in order to positively influence their goals and mission.

CSFP has awarded over 20,500 scholarships to date, and will serve about 5,300 children attending over 160 area schools this school year.  Philadelphia has one of the highest poverty rates of the nation’s top 10 cities – 26% of residents fall below the poverty line.

Bill Crowell, Managing Partner of Waypoint, stated “Waypoint is honored to contribute to such a worthwhile cause as the education of local young minds.  Waypoint also wants to thank CSFP for their role in making this possible.”
